Agency Doctors
Specialty-GP/Psychiatry-This is a tiny bit of a question mark as the script of "Billy's Lost Weekend" describes her as a general practitioner, however, through the majority of her appearance in this episode, she treats Billy as a psychiatrist would when discussing his mental faculties, his dreams, etc. Since psychiatrists are also medical doctors, it does make sense that she could be both or it could just be one more instance of something scripted being changed.

The doctor pictured above was not given a name. In the scripts, he is simply referred to as "Doctor." However, he was the unfortunate medical examiner who had to inform Lee of the death of Agent Guthrie AKA The Man in the Red Hat and that Guthrie did not have the package Amanda was supposed to hand off to him. (The First Time.)
